Abstract

Provided is a tire that includes a housing body provided on a tire inner surface of a tread portion and housing a functional component and has excellent sensing intensity of a sensor function of the functional component and excellent durability of the housing body. The tire includes a housing body provided on a tire inner surface of a tread portion and housing a functional component. The functional component has at least a contact surface that contacts the tire inner surface and a sensor function of detecting tire information. The housing body is composed of a rubber component. The rubber component contains 60 mass% or more of butyl rubber (IIR), has a content ratio of natural rubber (NR) of 40 mass% or less, and further contains 40 to 82 parts by mass of carbon black per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component. This configuration enables the tire to achieve the above-described purpose.
