Abstract

The disclosure relates to a lateral push element (10) configured for generating a lateral force on a vehicle (1) by redirecting a force developed during a collision of the vehicle (1), wherein the lateral push element (10) is configured to be arranged at an end portion (111) of a beam component (11), the end portion (111) being at an end of the beam component (11) on its longitudinal axis (LB), the beam component (11) being configured to be arranged on a front side (F) of the vehicle (1) and being configured for absorbing and/or dissipating energy during the collision.
