Abstract
[0001] A hydrophilic composition containing (A) 100 mass parts of a hydrophilic copolymer containing structural units represented by formula (1) and structural units represented by formula (2) and (B) 0.001-10 mass parts of a blocked isocyanate silane compound yields a coating film having exceptional hydrophilicity, anti-fogging properties, and water resistance. <img class="EMIRef" id="64204be8-1f82-4c66-973b-0bcddee88bab-ia01" /> [In formula (1), R<1> represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R<2> each independently represent a C1-6 alkyl group, and n represents an integer of 1-6. In formula (2), R<3> represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, X<1> represents -NH- or -O-, Z<1> represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a hydroxyl group, a carboxy group, or an amino group, and m represents an integer of 0-10 (however, when m is 0, Z<1> is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.)
