Abstract
A mirror arrangement (1) for an optical resonator (13) for examining and/or manipulating a sample (2) comprises a substrate (3) and a stack of material layers (4) arranged on a surface (7) of the substrate (3) and forming an optical reflector. The stack of material layers (4) includes a plurality of dielectric layers (5) and the stack of material layers (4) comprises an electrically conductive layer (6).
