Abstract

The connector assembly comprises a mechanical interface (4) with a recess (50) formed in a flat upper face (10), the recess comprising:- a flat bottom (52) in which each fixing hole and each cable end passage open and against which a peripheral seal (42) is compressed, and- a peripheral wall (54) facing a flange (30) of a header and completely surrounding the flange, the peripheral wall extending only from the flat bottom to the flat upper face (10) of the mechanical interface, with the height of the peripheral wall being greater than 0.5 mm.
