Abstract

The present application discloses a computing power processing method and apparatus, a first network element, a second network element, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a first parameter sent by a second network element, wherein the first parameter represents first information of a first computing power corresponding to a first base station, and/or second information of a second computing power corresponding to at least one first node and/or a second base station adjacent to the first base station.
