Abstract

A seat heater 1A includes a substrate 10. The substrate includes a first U-shaped portion 20 and a second U-shaped portion 30 that is provided inside the first U-shaped portion. The first U-shaped portion includes a pair of first extending portions 21a and 21b, and the second U-shaped portion includes a pair of second extending portions 31a and 31b that extend parallel to the first extending portions. First meandering portions 22a and 22b of the first extending portion include: first convex portions 221a and 221b that protrude toward outside of the seat heater 1 in plan view; and second convex portions 222a and 222b that protrude toward inside of the seat heater 1 in plan view, and second meandering portions 32a and 32b of the first extending portion include: third convex portions 321a and 321b that protrude toward outside in plan view; and fourth convex portions 322a and 322b that protrude toward inside in plan view.
