A chemically amplified positive resist composition is provided comprising a polymer comprising repeat units having a cyclic acetal structure fused to an aromatic ring and a photoacid generator capable of generating an arene sulfonic acid. The resist composition has a high solvent solubility, sensitivity and contrast, and improved lithography properties including resolution and LER as well as minimal development defects and etching resistance.

A material composition, a lead-acid battery or battery assembly comprising the material composition, the methods of making the same, and the methods of using the same are provided. The material composition includes a composite, which includes an organic expander and a conductive polymer. The organic expander includes lignosulfonate (LS). The conductive polymer includes poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). The second treating device comprises: a flow path unit including an air exhaust duct connected to the tub exhaust unit, an air supply duct connected to the tub air supply unit, a heat exchange duct connected to the air exhaust duct, and a blowing duct in which a fan that moves air is mounted and which connects the heat exchange duct with the air supply duct; a heat exchange unit including a first heat exchanger provided in the heat exchange duct to dehumidify air, a second heat exchanger provided in the heat exchange duct to heat air, a refrigerant pipe that forms a circulation flow path of a refrigerant passing through the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, and a compressor that moves a refrigerant along the refrigerant pipe; and a second cabinet including a support frame mounted on the first cabinet, a communication space provided on one surface of the support frame for communication with the mounting space, and a support panel fixed to the support frame to divide the communication space into an open surface and a closed surface and provide a space in which at least one of the heat exchange duct and the blowing duct is fixed.
