Abstract

A front lever training device (100) includes a frame unit (10), a support unit (20), an auxiliary unit (30), and a bar unit (40). The support unit (20) is mounted on the frame unit (10), is movable in a top-bottom direction (X), and includes a support cushion module (22). The auxiliary unit (30) is disposed on the frame unit (10), is connected to the support unit (20), and is operable for driving the support unit (20) to move upwards. The bar unit (40) includes a handle bar (41) that extends in a left-right direction (Y) transverse to the top-bottom direction (X), that is mounted on the frame unit (10) and that is moveable in the top-bottom direction (X). The bar unit (40) is higher than the support cushion module (22) in the top-bottom direction (X).
