Abstract

The invention relates to a photolabile agent comprising a photolabile molecule substituted with two different groups, wherein one of the groups is an oligomer or polymer selected from polyolefin, polyamide, polyester, polystyrene, PVC, EVOH, EVA and polycarbonate oligomers or polymers, and the other group is either a different oligomer or polymer selected from polyolefin, polyamide, polyester, polystyrene, PVC, EVOH, EVA and polycarbonate oligomers or polymers, or a functional group selected from carboxylic acid, carboxylic acid anhydride, acid halide, ester, amide, ketone, amine and alcohol. This photolabile agent can be used as an adhesive in multilayer laminates.
