The invention belongs to the field of turbomachines and relates to a sealing strip (1) for sealing the junction of a circumferential groove (2.1) of a rotor (2) and a circumferential root (3.1) of a blade (3). Said cavity fluidically connects the cooling holes of the sealing strip and the cooling fluid feed passage of the rotor, wherein the inlet of at least one cooling passage of each blade is at least partially aligned with a cooling hole (1.4), thus fluidically connecting the cavity and the at least one cooling passage. The invention also relates to a method of sealing a junction of the rotor (2) and at least one blade.
