Abstract

The disclosure relates to a vehicle seat rear assembly (16) for a vehicle seat (12). The vehicle seat rear assembly (16) comprises a headrest frame (24) being integrally formed with a back support frame (22) of the vehicle seat (12). Moreover, the vehicle seat rear assembly (16) comprises a headrest cushion part (20). The headrest cushion part (20) is movably coupled to the headrest frame (24) when in a release state (RS). The headrest frame (24) and the headrest cushion part (20) each comprise a fixing interface (42, 44) for permanently fixing the headrest cushion part (20) to the headrest frame (24) when in an operational state. Furthermore, a method for installing a vehicle seat (12) inside a cabin of a vehicle is provided.
