Abstract

Provided is a method for producing a wavelength conversion sheet that can suppress the occurrence of curling in combination with achievement of thinness for the wavelength conversion sheet. A method for producing a wavelength conversion sheet, comprising the following steps 1 to 3: step 1: a step of forming a quantum dot-containing layer on a first primer layer of a first quantum dot protective film comprising the first primer layer, a first base material, a first barrier layer, and a protective base material for the first barrier layer by applying a coating liquid for quantum dot-containing layer formation onto the first primer layer, wherein the protective base material for the first barrier layer for use therein has been formed to be peelable from the first quantum dot protective film; step 2: a step of obtaining an in-process product of a wavelength conversion sheet by attaching a surface of a second quantum dot protective film comprising a second primer layer, a second base material, and a second barrier layer to the quantum dot-containing layer, wherein the surface side attaching to the quantum dot-containing layer is on a second primer layer side of the second quantum dot protective film; and step 3: a step of irradiating the quantum dot-containing layer of the in-process product with an ultraviolet ray.
