Abstract

A providing server (10) stores therein product information indicating each of specification items indicating each of products, acquires request information indicating each of specification items of a product requested by a customer, extracts candidate products to be proposed to the customer from all of the products included in the product information based on the acquired request information, calculates a conformity degree with the request information for each of the extracted candidate products, and provides proposal information indicating the candidate products based on the calculated conformity degree.
