Abstract
A wobble laser processing device related to one example of the present invention comprises a laser oscillator arranged to oscillate a laser, and a wobble laser irradiator arranged to irradiate a coated electrode with a laser irradiated from the laser oscillator in a wobbling pattern, to process a partial region of the coated electrode during traveling, wherein at least one of a wobbling width, a wobbling height, and a wobbling frequency is adjustable based on a traveling speed of the coated electrode.
