Abstract

A medium (6) includes at least one base material (7) including an adhesive layer (70), and a release liner (9) affixed to the adhesive layer (70). The at least one base material includes a first portion (71) and a second portion (72) aligned with the first portion in a first direction and connected to the first portion. The second portion includes a base portion (721) and a first fold portion (722). The base portion is aligned with the first portion in the first direction and connected to the first portion. The first fold portion is aligned with the base portion in a second direction, and connected to the base portion. The second portion includes at least one recess recessed in a thickness direction of the base material or at least one cut (81-83) extending in the thickness direction.
