Abstract
A heat conductive sheet including a heat conductive layer including a polymer matrix and a heat conductive filler, at least one surface of the heat conductive sheet having pressure-sensitive adhesive properties, wherein, in the heat conductive sheet, an amount of volatile components measured by thermal desorption GC-MS at 150°C is 2 ppm by mass or more and 80 ppm by mass or less.
