Abstract

A device includes a communication interface, memory storing at least one instruction, and at least one processor including processing circuitry, wherein the at least one instruction, when executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively, causes the device to, when a first approach or contact with a short-range communication tag is identified, obtain identification information corresponding to an application from the short-range communication tag, perform a communication connection to a second device according to the application executed based on the identification information corresponding to the application, obtain, from the second device, identification information corresponding to the second device, based on the communication connection to the second device, and when a second approach or contact with the short-range communication tag is identified, store, in the short-range communication tag, the identification information corresponding to the second device.
