Appleyard Lees IP LLP geht auf das Jahr 1852 zurück und wurde maßgeblich durch Clifford Lees geprägt, der die Kanzlei von einer Einzelpraxis zu einem Team aus Patent- und Markenanwälten sowie IP-Rechtsanwälten ausbaute und selbst Präsident des Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys war. Zusammenfassung
A bone plate (100) incorporating a length adjusting elongate hole (130) formed in a shaft portion (115) thereof, along with corresponding methods of use, are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the length adjusting elongate hole (130) is arranged and configured to receive one or more bone fixation devices (e.g., bone screws). In use, the bone fixation device positioned within the length adjusting elongate hole (130) may be partially loosened, without removal, to enable the patient's bone to be adjusted (e.g., loosening the bone fixation device within the length adjusting elongate hole allows the surgeon to adjust the position of the patient's bone, and hence the bone fixation device coupled thereto, relative to the bone plate). Once properly adjusted, the bone fixation device positioned within the length adjusting elongate hole (130) may be retightened. In various embodiments, the length adjusting elongate hole (130) is arranged and configured so that, in use, each of the plurality of bone fixation openings remains available to a surgeon. |

A torsion coupling may be coupled between the rotational driver and the sensor yoke, where the torsion coupling is energized by the motor that rotates the sensor yoke with a returning force that resists movement of the sensor yoke away from the first rotational stop. |

An ARBit database is searched for ARBits that match the identified features and the matched ARBits are added to an ARBit collection. The dynamic real-world environment and the ARBit collection are sent to the mobile device. A user of the mobile device interacts with the dynamic real-world environment and at least one displayed ARBit of the ARBit collection. |

Zusammenfassung
We describe a method and system for detecting pathogens in a sample, particularly an air sample. The method is designed to run in real-time alongside sequencing processing of the sample so that results are quickly available to a user. Each input sequence read in the plurality of sequence reads is compared using a first classification algorithm and assigned to a taxon. An input sequence is classified as potentially pathogenic when the taxon to which the input sequence read is assigned corresponds to a pathogen taxon. Each input sequence read classified as potentially pathogenic is compared using a second classification algorithm to a plurality of target sequences in a second database which is selected based on the pathogen taxon. A confidence score is used as part of the decision-making process to decide if an individual read represents a genuine match to a pathogen. |
