Abstract

The disclosure relates to an aerosol generating segment for a heat-not-burn consumable, a heat-not-burn consumable comprising the aerosol generating segment, a method of preparing an aerosol generating segment and use of the aerosol generating segment or heat-not-burn consumable. The aerosol generating segment comprises one or more sheets of an aerosol forming material, wherein the aerosol forming material comprises a carrier material and an aerosol forming liquid; wherein a first portion of the aerosol forming material has a first concentration of the aerosol forming liquidand a second portion of the aerosol forming material has a second concentration of the aerosol forming liquid, wherein the first concentration is greater than the second concentration.
