Abstract
An apparatus for separating particulate embedded into a planar substrate, the apparatus comprising a support mechanism for supporting the planar substrate, at least one application nozzle for directing a pressurised fluid or mixture at the planar substrate with embedded particulate, wherein the pressurised fluid is applied at a combination of pressure and distance relative to the planar substrate with embedded particulate to dislodge the embedded particulate without loss of material from the planar substrate.
