Abstract
Problem to be solved is to provide a novel herbicide having both high safety for crops and excellent herbicidal activity against weeds in order to resolve the food crisis that is anticipated to come in the near future due to global population growth. The problem is solved by a compound represented by the following general formula (I): <img class="EMIRef" id="7003135e-a687-40a4-87cf-c59158609dff-ia01" /> or a salt thereof, an agricultural or horticultural herbicide comprising the compound or the salt thereof as an active ingredient, and a method for using the herbicide.
