Abstract

A data transmission method, an apparatus, and a computer device. The data transmission method is applied to a terminal device and includes: identifying (S101) a usage scenario of an application; in a case where the usage scenario is a first scenario, popping up (S102) prompt information to a user via a display interface, where the prompt information is configured to prompt the user with subscribable value-added services; in response to a confirmation operation input by the user for the prompt information, sending (S103) a subscription instruction to a first network element of a core network, where the subscription instruction is configured to subscribe to a value-added service among the subscribable value-added services; receiving (S104) network slice resources associated with the value-added service allocated by the first network element of the core network; and transmitting (S105) data of the application on the network slice resources.
