Abstract
A slide rail mechanism (20) includes a fixed rail (26), a movable rail (30), a supporting rail (32), an engaging member (42), a predetermined structure (44), and an operating member (56). The engaging member (42) is movably mounted to one of the supporting rail (32) and the movable rail (30). The predetermined structure (44) is arranged on the other one of the supporting rail (32) and the movable rail (30). When the operating member (56) is operated to move from a first predetermined position to a second predetermined position, the engaging member (42) is configured to be moved to switch from a first state to a second state, such that the engaging member (42) is engaged with the predetermined structure (44) to allow the movable rail (30) to drive the supporting rail (32) to synchronously move along a predetermined direction.
