Abstract

An injection molding machine (10) according to an embodiment includes: a first feeder (F1) configured to supply raw-material chips made of virgin material to a barrel (11); a second feeder (F2) configured to supply raw-material chips made of recycled material obtained by pulverizing metal scrap generated from the injection molding machine (10); and a controller (CNT) configured to control the first and second feeders. The controller (CNT) controls the first and second feeders so as to add the recycled material to the virgin material at a mass ratio within a predetermined range.
