Abstract

A support structure for a battery, the battery being fixed to a pair of lower frames spaced apart in a vehicle width direction of a saddle-type vehicle. The support structure includes a pair of fixing brackets provided on the pair of lower frames, a fixing portion of the battery, the fixing portion being fixed to the pair of fixing brackets, and a protrusion of the battery, the protrusion protruding outward in the vehicle width direction above the fixing portion. At least one of the pair of fixing brackets is formed with a support surface configured to temporarily support the protrusion from below.
