Abstract
The water-based treatment agent of the present invention is a water-based treatment agent for forming a coating of a rubber-reinforcing member, and includes a dinitrosobenzene, a chlorinated polyolefin, and an isocyanate compound. The rubber-reinforcing member of the present invention includes a reinforcing base and a coating arranged to cover at least a portion of a surface of the reinforcing base, and the coating includes a dinitrosobenzene, a chlorinated polyolefin, and an isocyanate compound.
