Abstract
The heat recovery unit (1) is arranged to cyclically heat and cool a heat exchanger (9, 9', 9", 9<sup>III</sup>, 9<sup>IV</sup>) by causing a gaseous fluid, such as for example air, to flow therethrough in alternating flow directions. The heat exchanger (9, 9', 9", 9<sup>III</sup>, 9<sup>IV</sup>) forms a plurality of thermal exchange ducts (90) arranged to be travelled by the gaseous fluid so as to exchange heat with the gaseous fluid. The heat exchanger (9, 9', 9") is obtained by overlapping and coupling a first metal plate sheet (St_1, St_2... St_i... St_N) and a second metal plate sheet (St_2, St 4, St_6... St (i+1) ... St_N) to each other so as to form the thermal exchange ducts (90).
