An apparatus for beauty or wellness treatments comprises a portion 12 provided with a massaging device 13 with rotating elements, which is at least partially exposed outwards and intended to produce pressure pulses on a patient's body. The massaging device 13 comprises in turn a rotor 15 adapted to be driven to rotate about a longitudinal axis of rotation 16 thereof and circumferentially provided with a plurality of massaging groups 17 intended to run, upon rotation of the rotor, over a circular trajectory about the axis of rotation 16. Each massaging group 17 in turn comprises, a plurality of rotatable massaging elements 18, arranged to roll on the patient's body when contacting it, generating said pressure pulses on the patient's body. The apparatus includes, at or near the massaging device 13, a laser light emitter 24, 24' configured to irradiate with laser light: A) an area of the patient's body on which at least one of said massaging elements 18 is rolling and/or on which at least one of said massaging elements 18 is exerting a pressure pulse; and/or B) a first area of the patient's body adjacent to a second area of the patient's body on which at least one of said massaging elements 18 is rolling and/or on which at least one of said massaging elements 18 is exerting a pressure pulse.

The heat recovery unit (1) is arranged to cyclically heat and cool a heat exchanger (9, 9', 9", 9^III, 9^IV) by causing a gaseous fluid, such as for example air, to flow therethrough in alternating flow directions. The heat exchanger (9, 9', 9", 9^III, 9^IV) forms a plurality of thermal exchange ducts (90) arranged to be travelled by the gaseous fluid so as to exchange heat with the gaseous fluid. The heat exchanger (9, 9', 9") is obtained by overlapping and coupling a first metal plate sheet (St_1, St_2... St_i... St_N) and a second metal plate sheet (St_2, St 4, St_6... St (i+1) ... St_N) to each other so as to form the thermal exchange ducts (90).

The system (1) according to the invention for detecting inflammation in an anatomical part of a human or animal body, comprises a plurality of sensors of at least two types, wherein said types are selected from the following list: a body temperature sensor (300), a muscular contracture and/or electromyographic sensor (302), a tumefaction and/or swelling and/or anomalous liquid infiltration sensor, a heart rate sensor (500), a blood haemoglobin oxygen saturation sensor (502), a skin perspiration sensor, a skin electrical conductance or electrodermal activity sensor, a sweating sensor, a sensor for detecting skin redness or, more generally, colour. The system (1) allows to store, share, and compare data from multiple patients to measure therapies, conduct clinical studies, refine the inflammation diagnoses themselves, and/or activate therapies even preventively by artificial intelligence tools.

The attritor mill (1) according to the invention comprises a grinding container (5) and a rotor (11) comprises a plurality of arms (15, 17). The attritor mill (1) is configured for grinding, reducing, mincing or micronizing a material to be treated such as, for example, solid urban waste, food waste, mowing or pruning scraps, vegetable waste from agricultural activity, waste similar to urban waste, FOS ("dry organic fraction") of urban waste carrying out the following steps: D.1) mixing the material to be treated with a plurality of grinding free bodies (19) in the grinding chamber (7); D.2) agitating the material to be treated and the plurality of grinding free bodies (19) by causing the rotor (11)rotate on itself. At least one first arm (15) closest to the bottom wall (21) is shorter than at least one second arm (17) arranged above said first arm (15).
