Abstract

A system for making payments is described, the system having at least one processing unit configured to recognize payment information related to a user who uses a service with which an amount to be paid is associated, said amount comprising at least one first amount and one second amount in a fiat currency, define at least first data related to the first amount and second data related to the second amount, separate the first data from the second data so as to divide the amount into said first amount and said second amount, convert the fiat currency of the first amount and the second amount into cryptocurrency; transfer the first amount and the second amount converted into cryptocurrency to a wallet associated with a blockchain network, convert the cryptocurrency in said wallet back into fiat currency, and transfer the converted currency, through a first data flow related to the payment of the first amount, to a first account, and, through a second data flow related to the payment of the second amount, to a second account which is different from the first account. A related method is also described.
