Abstract
Disclosed is inter alia a method comprising:- obtaining image information of the digital image, wherein the image information indicates at least one cell object;- determining, at least partially based on the image information, a mathematical distribution representing the at least one cell object, wherein the mathematical distribution at least partially depends on a size of the at least one cell object; and- training the artificial neural network at least partially based on the mathematical distribution and the image information.
