Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for identifying the linkages between nucleosomes by DNA linkers in a cluster of nucleosomes and to a method for identifying the path of DNA along nucleosomes. The invention further relates to a method for determining the nucleosome distance pattern of a patch of chromatin and to a method for identifying the genomic position of a patch of chromatin. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for determining the nucleotide sequence of DNA. Furthermore, the invention relates to a computer program, a data processing system, and a computer-readable medium for carrying out the steps of the methods according to the invention.
