Abstract

The present application applies to the technical field of power batteries. Provided are a heating apparatus (100) and a battery processing system. The heating apparatus includes: a bottom plate (10) provided with a first position and a second position that are disposed in a staggered manner, the second position being configured for placement of a battery module (200); a bracket (30) movably connected to the bottom plate and configured to move between the first position and the second position; and a positioning assembly (40) movably disposed on the bracket, where in a case where the bracket moves to the first position, the positioning assembly at least partially provides clearance for an area above the second position; in a case where the bracket moves to the second position, the positioning assembly is above the second position and is movable in a direction close to the bottom plate. The heating apparatus provided in the present application can be located on one side of the first position, and leave an area above the first position and the other side of the first position clear, thereby reducing the situation that the battery module collides with the positioning assembly or the bracket during a transfer process.
