Abstract

A cooling heat exchanger 10 cools a cooling target B superposed on its surface by allowing a cooling heat medium to flow through an internally formed cooling flow path 38. The cooling flow path 38 includes a supply flow path 40 to which the heat medium is supplied from an upstream side, and a discharge flow path 42 from which the heat medium is discharged from a downstream side. In the cooling flow path 38, multiple branch flow paths 44a to 44h connecting the supply flow path 40 and the discharge flow path 42 are provided in parallel, branching from multiple positions in a length direction of the supply flow path 40. The branch flow paths 44a to 44h partly include resistance regulating parts 46a to 46h for regulating the flow resistance of the heat medium, the flow resistance of the heat medium in the resistance regulating parts 46 becoming smaller in the branch flow path 44 branching on a more downstream side of the supply flow path 40.
