Abstract

A battery cell (21), a battery (100), and an electrical apparatus are provided. The battery cell (21) includes: a shell (211), the shell (211) having a predetermined wall (212), the predetermined wall (212) being provided with a pressure relief portion (213) and a first glue-applied portion (214), and the first glue-applied portion (214) being arranged on two opposite sides of the pressure relief portion (213); an electrode assembly (22), the electrode assembly (22) being provided inside the shell (211); and an electrode terminal (23), the electrode terminal (23) being provided on the shell (211) and being electrically connected to the electrode assembly (22).
