Abstract
Provided is a battery apparatus including a plurality of pouch battery cells (10) sequentially stacked and electrically connected and a wrapping shell (20) wrapped outside the plurality of pouch battery cells (10) and configured to restrain the plurality of pouch battery cells (10) at least from three directions, a strength of the wrapping shell (20) being higher than a strength of a flexible shell of the pouch battery cell (10), where a thickness of a plate of the wrapping shell (20) for restraining the plurality of pouch battery cells (10) is less than or equal to 5.2 mm and greater than or equal to 0.2 mm.
