Abstract

Use of sulfated gluco-galactooligosaccharide in the preparation of drugs for treating atopic dermatitis. Sulfated gluco-galactooligosaccharide may significantly improve the skin condition of DNCB-induced atopic dermatitis mouse model, including reducing the levels of skin inflammatory cytokines, improving skin barrier function, decreasing lymph node weight and lymphocyte count. Meanwhile, the sulfated gluco-galactooligosaccharide shows no adverse effects on routine blood parameters, and possesses advantages such as low administration dosage, low pharmaceutical cost, high safety without side effects and strong efficacy, thus holding broad application prospects.
