Abstract
The invention refers to a pipe for a pipeline. The pipe comprises a tube (12) that is enclosed by a fibre rein-forced protective cladding (16). The fibre rein-forced protective cladding (16) comprises reinforcing fibres embedded in a matrix made from a thermoset plastic material, in particular a thermoset resin vinylester resin, polyester resin or epoxy resin. According to the invention, the thermoset plastic material com-prising a reactive plasticiser in an amount of between 0.25% and 30% of weight of the matrix.
