Abstract
The present invention relates to antigen binding proteins that specifically bind to a MAGE-A4 antigenic peptide wherein said antigenic peptide is in a complex with a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) protein. The present invention further relates to nucleic acid molecules encoding a binding agent, vectors comprising the nucleic acid molecules, or recombinant or genetically modified cells comprising and optionally expressing the nucleic acid molecule or vector. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antigen binding proteins, nucleic acids, vectors or cells in accordance with the invention, and their use as a medicament in the prevention or treatment of treatment of a cancer and/or a metastasis thereof.
