Abstract
There is provided an X-ray analysis device that analyzes elements contained in a measurement sample which is being transported in a predetermined direction, and includes an X-ray irradiation unit that irradiates X-rays onto the measurement sample, an X-ray detection unit that faces the measurement sample and detects X-ray fluorescence emitted from the measurement sample, and a standard sample having known constituent elements that is disposed in an overlapping region where an X-ray irradiation region that is irradiated with X-rays by the X-ray irradiation unit, and an X-ray fluorescence detectable region where X-ray fluorescence is able to be detected by the X-ray detection unit mutually overlap.
