Abstract

The disclosure is directed to systems and method with improved coordination for multiple parametric test channels. The system can be configured to receive a testing routine and distribute test operations to a plurality of test channels comprising channel processors, testing circuits coupled to test pins configurable to be connected to the device under test (DUT), and trigger interfaces coupled to the testing circuits. Additionally, some implementations can include a hub device coupled to the processing system and to the trigger interfaces, the hub device includes programmable logic gates configured to define a trigger group including at least two of the trigger interfaces and to generate trigger signals according to the testing routine. Further, at least a portion of the channel processors perform operations according to the testing routine upon receipt of the trigger signals. The disclosure enables synchronized yet autonomous multi-channel testing that improves test throughput and timing accuracy.
