Über die Kanzlei
Finnegan Europe LLP ist der Londoner Ableger der 1965 in Washington D.C. von Marcus Finnegan und Douglas Henderson gegründeten Kanzlei Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, die sich ausschließlich dem geistigen Eigentum widmet und zu den größten reinen IP-Kanzleien der Welt zählt. Die europäische Präsenz begann 1993 in Brüssel, bevor die Kanzlei 2013 mit Anthony C. Tridico als Managing Partner ihr heutiges Londoner Büro eröffnete. Von dort aus bilden mehr als 40 IP-Prozessanwälte gemeinsam mit dem Münchner Standort eine integrierte europäische Patentpraxis, die Mandanten in Patent-, Marken-, Urheberrecht und Prozessführung vor nationalen Gerichten wie dem Einheitlichen Patentgericht begleitet. Weltweit ist Finnegan zudem in Atlanta, Boston, Palo Alto, Reston, Seoul, Shanghai, Taipeh, Tokio und Washington vertreten.
