Abstract

Provided is an order system that is for ordering a commodity through operation of a customer, and includes: a display configured to display a commodity to be sold; an operation unit configured to accept an input operation by a user regarding a commodity order; an acquisition unit configured to acquire a stock quantity of the commodity; and an acceptance unit configured to allow, after announcing replenishment information regarding replenishment of the commodity to the user, acceptance of an order for the commodity in a sold-out state or the commodity for which the stock quantity acquired by the acquisition unit is less than an intended order quantity thereof.
