Abstract

An advertising transmission control device (5) for controlling transmission of advertising data related to advertising content includes a dispatch information reception unit (51), a user attribute information acquisition unit (51), a content identification information acquisition unit (51), and an advertising content transmission unit (51). The dispatch information reception unit (51) receives dispatch information including vehicle identification information for identifying a vehicle dispatched in response to a dispatch request from a user terminal of a user. The user attribute information acquisition unit (51) acquires attribute information of the user from a user information management device that stores the attribute information for each user. The content identification information acquisition unit (51) acquires content identification information corresponding to the attribute information of the user acquired by the user attribute information acquisition unit (51), from an advertising information management device that stores the content identification information for identifying the advertising content in association with attribute information of a target recipient of the advertising content. The advertising content transmission unit (51) transmits the advertising data related to the advertising content to a display control device of the vehicle identified by the vehicle identification information. The advertising content is identified by the content identification information acquired by the content identification information acquisition unit (51).
