Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a method of event processing, based on event data captured by an event-based sensor, the method comprising, in response to the reception of a new event ((x,y,t,p)): 1) extracting a set of features ((F0,F1,...,Fn)) of the new event; 2) modifying the set of features to include current values of a further set of features ((F0",F1",...,Fn")); and 3) computing a result based on the modified set of features, wherein the method further comprises updating, at time intervals, the current values of the further set of features by: - sorting received events into groups of events according to their event data value; and - computing the current values of the further set of features according to the event data value of events from one or more of the groups selected based on a time interval and/or event data value of the events of the groups.
