Abstract

The present invention relates to an antibody dynamic structural property analyzer and other techniques that enable analysis of movements of residues without averaging. In an antibody dynamic structural property analyzer (1), a molecular movement calculator (29) obtains a plurality of snapshots for a target antibody through, for example, molecular dynamics calculation. An R-plot processor (31) generates a Ramachandran plot for an n-th residue in N residues of the target antibody and obtains dihedral angles φ and ψ of the n-th residue in each snapshot. A collective variable processor (35) calculates distances from reference dihedral angle values φ⁰_n and ψ⁰_n for the n-th residue to obtain a value of a collective variable for the dihedral angles φ and ψ of the n-th residue in each snapshot. A motion analysis processor (39) determines that the n-th residue is a deviating residue when, in collective variables for the n-th residue in the plurality of snapshots, a proportion of collective variables having values in a region exceeding a motion analysis reference value exceeds a reference proportion value.
