Abstract

The overvoltage protection circuit is configured to protect first and second input transistors (511, 521) from overvoltage, the overvoltage protection circuit (80, 80A, 80B, 80C, 80D, 80E, 80F), including: a first transistor (512) including one end connected to a drain of any one of the first input transistor (511) and the second input transistor (521); a second transistor (513) configured to supply a constant current to the one input transistor; a third transistor (514) connected in cascade to the second transistor; a fourth transistor (523) configured to supply a constant current to another input transistor; and a switch (53) configured to establish conduction between the gate of the first input transistor and a drain of the second input transistor when a voltage exceeding a threshold voltage of the second input transistor is applied to the gate of each of the first input transistor and the second input transistor.
