Abstract

Systems and methods are described for adaptive routing in a network communication. Systems include circuits to determine a latency for each queue of a plurality of queues, wherein the latency of a respective queue is determined based on a depth of the respective queue and a rate of traffic leaving the respective queue, select one queue from the plurality of queues for forwarding a packet based at least in part on the determined latency for each queue, and forward the packet to the selected queue.
