Abstract

Disclosed in the present disclosure are a measurement method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal executes at least one among the following operations: performing first measurement, wherein the first measurement comprises at least one among the following: measurement during a connection setup process, measurement during a connection resume process, measurement after receiving a page, measurement after sending a random access preamble, measurement before receiving a connection measurement configuration, inter-frequency measurement, inter-system measurement, and measurement of a measurement target; in a connected state, continuing the first measurement, an idle state measurement, or a deactivated state measurement; and sending first information to a network, wherein the first information comprises at least one among the following: indication information of an available measurement result, indication information of a valid measurement result, a timestamp, and a measurement result.
