Abstract

The present invention relates to a heat-sealing machine for sealing a plurality of individual trays (300) with a plastic film (400) and which is configured to create a vacuum between the trays (300) and the plastic film (400). The machine comprises an upper sealing assembly (20) and a lower sealing assembly (10) movable with respect to the upper sealing assembly (20), a vacuum chamber (1020) delimited between said lower sealing assembly (10) and said upper sealing assembly (20) being generated when cooperating, and an extraction circuit (14). The lower sealing assembly (10) comprises a tray frame (11) with a plurality of tray cavities, each tray cavity being configured to receive a respective tray (300), and the vacuum chamber (1020) is delimited between the tray frame (11) and the upper sealing assembly (20).
